Description

During this workshop, your instructor will teach you how to handcraft a ceramic piece that you can then collect and take home. You will choose yourself what you want to create, drawing on your imagination or drawing inspiration from the many ideas that will be shared with you: coffee set, tealight holder, pendant, plate… almost everything lends itself to modeling.

First, you will learn some of the techniques used by artisan potters, including pinching, coil shaping and the plate technique. You will then use one or more of these techniques to create the work that you have previously imagined and drawn. Secondly, you can, if you wish, paint your piece with slip.

At the end of the session, your pieces will be fired and enameled and you can collect them from the workshop after about a month – you can also, if you have not had enough time to decorate your pieces, book a session. complementary slip!
